Who Can Use This Site
This Site and our classes are intended for adults. By submitting the contact form or class registration form, you confirm you are at least 18 years old.
What We Offer
Clutch Academy provides in-person classes and training. The Site lets you learn about our classes and submit a registration request. Registering through the Site does not include payment — payment is arranged directly with us outside the Site, and your spot in a class isn't confirmed until that's worked out between us.
No Guarantees
We don't guarantee any particular outcome, result, skill level, or certification from attending a class. Training results depend on you — your effort, ability, and circumstances — not just what we teach. The Site and all information on it are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty that the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure.
Assumption of Risk
In-person classes and training involve physical activity and inherent risk of injury. By registering for and attending a class, you acknowledge that risk and agree that you're participating voluntarily and at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Clutch Academy isn't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or participation in a class, including personal injury, except where that liability can't be limited by law.
Cancellations and Changes
Since payment and scheduling are arranged directly with us, cancellation and rescheduling terms will be whatever we agree to individually — these Terms don't set a fixed refund policy.
Site Content and Ownership
Everything on this Site — text, graphics, logos, and design — belongs to Clutch Academy unless otherwise noted. You can view and share it for personal, non-commercial use, but you can't copy, reproduce, or repurpose it for your own commercial use without our permission.
